Collaborating closely with the Clinical Director, Psychiatry Registrar, headspace Early Psychosis Manager, and headspace Eastern Shore Manager, you will lead the delivery of high-quality clinical care to young people across the state.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the clinical care for young people from initial intake through to case completion.
- Conducting comprehensive assessments, providing diagnoses, and delivering treatment in collaboration with clients, their families, and referring agents.
- Developing and implementing discharge plans to ensure seamless continuity of care.
- Participating in an on-call roster and providing supervision to Psychiatry Registrars.
- Offering clinical leadership and guidance to other staff, ensuring best practices and high-quality service delivery.
- Contributing to staff training, development, and policy formation to enhance service delivery.
- Engaging in research, service evaluation, and quality improvement initiatives.
