They are currently seeking a highly experienced and proven Dealership Accountant to join their team in Hobart TAS.

Job Description:
They are searching for a certified and experienced Dealership Accountant to join their finance team. This role presents a unique opportunity for an individual with a strong financial background to take the next step in their career. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in their organisation, with the potential for career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial reporting and analysis for their dealership operations.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise financial transactions and daily accounting activities.
• Collaborate with various departments to optimise financial processes.
• Assist in the development of financial policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience:

• CPA or CA preferred but not a requirement.
• Proven experience in automotive dealership accounting.
• In-depth knowledge of financial principles and practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented.
