Our Client:
We are partnering with a reputable civil construction contractor who is experiencing rapid growth across multiple projects. We are seeking reliable, safety-focused Traffic Controllers to join their team immediately.

Location: Multiple sites across the region
Employment Type: Casual
Start Date: Immediate
About the Role As a Traffic Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe flow of vehicles, machinery, and pedestrians around active work sites.

Duties include:

• Directing traffic using stop/slow bat
• Setting up and packing down traffic management signs and equipment
• Monitoring site safety and communicating with the site team
• Assisting with general labouring when required
• Following strict safety protocols at all times

What You Need To be successful, you must have:

• Traffic Controller - Urban Streets and Low Volume Rural Roads (TC1) and RIISS00059 - Traffic Controller - High Volume Roads (TC2)
• White Card
• Driver’s licence + reliable transport
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Strong communication skills and safety awareness
• Reliability and a positive attitude

Desirable:

• Experience in civil or construction environments
• Additional tickets (e.g., First Aid, HR licence, plant tickets)
