About you:
You’re a trade-qualified mechanic (heavy or light vehicle, plant, diesel, or similar) with great problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
- Carry out scheduled servicing, breakdown repairs, and diagnostics on forklifts and material handling equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every call
- Work autonomously while supported by our Hobart branch and national service network
- Maintain accurate service records and adhere to safety standards
- Trade qualification in mechanical, automotive, plant, diesel, or similar
- Strong diagnostic skills and a can-do attitude
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A current driver’s licence
