Executive Assistant – Hobart

- 7.6 hours per fortnight, worked on Thursdays (preferred, however negotiable)
About the role
This position provides executive assistant and administrative support to the General Manager – Calvary Hobart, along with general support for staff across both Hobart campuses, St John’s and Lenah Valley.
Accountabilities and key result areas
- Support with projects designated by the Calvary Hobart Executive
- Relief support for tasks performed by the Executive Assistants as required
- Credentialing assistant
About you
- Advanced Microsoft Word skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Outlook
- Experience working with software systems such as Equifax
- High-level secretarial, organisational and communication skills
- Strong time management and prioritisation abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
