Job Description
- Provide efficient, friendly and professional service to all guests.
- Show efficiency in constantly striving to provide total customer satisfaction.
- Take initiative to ensure that interactions with our guests (internal or external) are positive, productive, and professional.
- Logging all guest requests to ensure all request are met within established timeframes
- Following up with the relevant team member to ensure guest requests are being fulfilled
- Assisting and directing guests with local attractions and directions
- Securely storing and delivering guest luggage
- Keep other members of front office team informed on guest feedback, requirements etc. during and on shift change
- Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and capabilities to increase the guest experience
